Program/Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy pertains to the individual educational programs offered by Saegis. All cancellations must be submitted to: info@saegissolutions.ca 

If notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the course date, 100% of the course fee will be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the course date.

If a registrant is unable to attend a course, they may transfer their registration to another date, or may transfer their registration to another individual up to 14 days prior to the course date. Any requests for such a transfer should be made in writing to Saegis. No refund will be issued if a registrant is unable to attend a course and does not transfer their registration 14 days prior to the course date.

Saegis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If this should be necessary, Saegis will contact registrants by email or by telephone at least 10 business days in advance of the date of the program, followed by written notification and a full refund. Saegis is not responsible for any costs, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.

Policy for Clinical Communication Program

Cancellation by Saegis 

Due to the nature of the program, a minimum number of participants is required.  On the rare occasion that this number is not reached, Saegis will contact you to arrange enrolment in the next session.  This will be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the Program.  A more frequent occurrence is that the Program is completely booked so it is advisable to register early. Saegis is not liable to the Participant for any delay in delivering the Program if the delay is attributable to circumstances beyond its control. Saegis will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the effects of the delay. Saegis reserves the right to refuse Participant’s participation for any lawful reason and may cancel the Program at any time, for any reason. If Saegis cancels the Program, Saegis will provide a refund of all registration fees paid by the Participant or carry them forward to the next available workshop. 

Cancellation by the Participant 

If the Participant cancels more than 30 days prior to the start date of the Program, full reimbursement of registration fees will be issued.  In the event the Participant cancels less than 30 days prior to the start date of the Program, the Participant acknowledges that s/he will no longer be entitled to a refund.

Policy for The Saegis Cybersecurity Solution

If you are dissatisfied with the Services, Terms and Conditions, or Support, Customer may terminate the Services. Termination is effective immediately from the date you contact the Provider. Termination of the Services will not entitle Customer to a refund of any amounts prepaid for the Services. Customer must provide 30 days notice prior to renewal date if they choose not to proceed with automatic renewal.
