MCC 360-Saegis Feedback and Coaching Program
This program brings together the MCC 360, a multi-source feedback assessment tool, with coaching by Saegis' experienced and objective facilitators.
This program is for: physicians
The MCC and Saegis Partnership
Leveraging its expertise in assessment, the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) launched the MCC 360 with the goal of making a significant impact on continuing professional development and in-practice assessment in medicine.
As a subsidiary of the CMPA, Saegis has unique insight into the challenges facing physicians day-to day, in the current healthcare environment.
Together, the MCC and Saegis recognized the opportunity to assist physicians in interpreting and applying the feedback from the MCC-360 assessment report, through coaching and the development of a personalized action plan.
About The Program
The MCC 360-Saegis Feedback and Coaching Program combines the MCC 360 report with customized coaching by experienced facilitators allowing the physician to view the results in an objective and constructive manner, and includes the development of a personalized action plan.

About the MCC 360
The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) administers the MCC 360 process, which involves collecting feedback from multiple sources, providing support to physician participants and producing a MCC 360 feedback report. Once complete, participants are eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.
The MCC invests in research to continually improve all aspects of the MCC 360 process and tools.
